This hanging address plaque is 2-sided and designed to fit our Woodhaven Address Sign Post (AS632) or mount to any pole or flat surface. It is made of recycled cast aluminum and painted with a weather resistant finish. Custom made one at a time, for a personalized look that will last a lifetime. Address will be placed on both sides of the hanging address plaque. Two brass S-hooks included and Sheet metal screws included for mounting to pole or wall. This hanging address plaque has two small holes for hanging (not shown). Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Perfect for just what we were looking for!
There are so many of these type of address plates you could get, but this was just what we wanted. We chose the black/gold one and it goes very nicely in our yard.
